The Structured Products team is looking to hire an analyst / associate level salesperson.
Morgan Stanley's Institutional Equity Division (IED) is a world leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities. The Division services a global Institutional client base, providing them with innovative product solutions that help to generate alpha within their portfolios. You will speak to private banks and retail clients about topical market trends, provide insight, and will develop relationships. Effectively distributing the content / ideas in order to drive mindshare and monetization.
Qualifications - External
- 1-3 years of prior sell side experience including but not limited to: Sales and Trading, Capital Markets, and Research
- Candidates must have strong client facing communication skills and an ability to disseminate complex information clearly in a timely manner
- Experience in Derivatives
- Excellent at excel and power point
- Coding experience (VBA, java)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year for Analyst, and between $150,000 and $200,000 per year for Associate, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
