We're seeking someone to join our Identity Access Management (IAM) team as a Lead developer in Cyber to work on building and enhancing capabilities on the Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) product for the firm.

What you'll do in the role:
- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
- Build capabilities and features in and centered around the Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) formerly known as IdentityNow product.
- Take part in various stages of the delivery and software development process including activities like analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of strategic and tactical solutions.
- Drive the design, implementation and management of Identity and Access Management Services which includes Identity Life Cycle Management, Access Management, Role and Rights Management, Entitlement Review and Attestation (Audit & Assurance) and Identity & Access Analytics.
- Oversee the implementation of security programs and initiatives across IAM.
- Collaborate with other technology and business leaders to ensure a cohesive security posture

What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years overall relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- At least 2 years of experience in SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow/ISC), Saviynt, One-Identity or a similar Identity Governance/IAM product.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud Engineer certification strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies.
- At least 4 years of experience in some of Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Gradle frameworks or web development projects related to SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC integrations.
- Experienced in Agile software development methodology.
- Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
Good understanding of the financial services industry and its unique security challenges.
