We're seeking someone to join our team as a Data Management Lead to lead the transformation and change management of a strategic, multi-year initiative to transform the data distribution platforms within HR.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed . This is a Director level position within the HR Workforce Insights & Transformation team.

Data Distribution Management:
> Develop and implement strategies for collecting, managing, and distributing HR data.
> Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data based on firm policies.
> Oversee the data distribution processes, ensuring compliance with organization polies and regulatory requirements.
> Oversee integration of HR data systems and processes
> Ensure timely distribution of data across systems and users.

System management:
> Manage the HR data distribution platform, prioritize work that needs to be delivered by the function aligned to firm's goals and guidelines.
> Ensure the HR data availability, functionality meets the organization needs.
> Manage systematic upgrades and implementation, troubleshoot, and resolve data related issues.
> Engage and collaborate with Data Governance team to ensure the accurate data lineage.

Stakeholder Engagement:
> Collaborate with global teams to understand data needs, requirements, and priorities.
> Partner with HR and Technology teams to develop a roadmap to enrich the data platform by integrating with various systems and bringing various value-added functionalities.
> Manage communication strategy and engagement with stakeholders on data enrichments efforts, new features, and functionalities.
> Set up communication channel with the stakeholders to gather feedback on data distribution processes.

Resource oversight:
> Mentor a team of HR data professionals.
> Provide training and support to colleague on data management processes, systems and best practices.
> Foster a culture of data-drive decision making within the function.

What you'll bring to the role:
> 8+ years of experience as an HR professional, with strong process, data, and systems understanding.
> In depth knowledge of HR Data and systems, Data warehousing concepts and Data structures from a functional standpoint
> Excellent functional knowledge of Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HR, HRIS, HCM systems
> Good understanding of API service and models
> Strong knowledge of various business processes in the employee lifecycle from hire to retire,
> Strong knowledge of data lifecycle, data portfolio management and SDLC concepts
> An ability to work with both business (non-technical) and technology (technical) professionals to translate and communicate requirements effectively between all parties
> Should have extensive experience managing the large transformation projects (HR system experience preferred)
> Inquisitive technical and business skills to understand, test, or challenge the status quo while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners
> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; proven ability to work in a team environment with the ability to operate independently.
> Confident communication skills (strong written and verbal English) and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
> Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.
> Advanced Microsoft office skills, excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
> General knowledge of end-to-end project management lifecycle
