We're seeking someone to join our team as an HR Data Distribution Lead to manage the HR data distribution platforms and strategies for consumers across HR and the Business.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the HR Data team, which is accountable for the project delivery of a strategic, multi-year initiative to transform the data distribution platforms.

What you'll do in the role:

Data Management and Distribution:
  • Define and maintain a clear HR data distribution strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Drive development and implementation of HR data management solutions, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of the HR Data Distribution platform.
  • Partner with Data Security and Data Governance teams to establish and enforce data access control frameworks to ensure compliance with firm policies and data lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies and data quality issues.
  • Manage the product backlog, create muti-year roadmaps utilizing Agile Scrum methodology, prioritize change management items, and lead the squad to iteratively deliver new product functionalities, features, and data enrichment capabilities.
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee implementation of data integration solutions to enable seamless data flow across platforms and systems.
  • Lead discussions with HR IT to develop APIs, ETL processes, and other data distribution mechanisms to support business needs.
  • Liaison with Reporting & Analytics team and other business teams to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Manage downstream consumer communications of new features and releases and conduct product demos to stakeholders.

Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of data management and distribution professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and business units, to align data management and distribution strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on data-related opportunities and risks.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data management, distribution, and governance.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced data tools and platforms to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve operational efficiency.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience working with HR systems, in the HR data management or data distribution roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Experience working with data management tools/applications (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Good understanding of API development and data distribution mechanisms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
  • In depth knowledge of end-to-end project management lifecycle.
  • Good knowledge of working with Atlassian Jira tool, managing Jira boards, and creating advanced roadmaps in Jira.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing data management and distribution solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Should have extensive experience managing the large transformation projects (HR system experience preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; demonstrate ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving results.
