We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst to support the Product Owner in driving forward the product vision of delivering innovative and scalable solutions that will transform employee experiences with Human Capital Management and enhance Business Leaders' ability to make strategic talent decisions.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Employee Client Relationship Management (CRM) Product team.

What you'll do in the role:
- User Stories: Transform use cases, business requirements and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development
- Analysis: Conduct analysis of current workflows, ways of working and product design to identify opportunities for improvement that align with business objectives
- Backlog Management: Build, prioritize and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the PO and Development team
- Testing: Define and implement the product team testing strategy to ensure all enhancements meet requirements and quality standards are met prior to end user testing. Oversee and participate in product team testing. Collaborate with UAT Lead to coordinate end user testing.
- Change Management: Assist with release activities to ensure end user readiness.
- Production Monitoring & Support: Define and implement production support model in partnership with the Development and IT Support teams. Leverage data to monitor product stability and performance.
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst or relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working on a complex enterprise-wide system would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- Proven track record working within agile development practices and managing product backlogs
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, ideally leveraging business process and data analysis to make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills, able to distill complex concepts into artifacts detailed enough to meet the needs of end users but can be easily interpreted by non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in Human Capital Management / Human Resources and/or Financial Services desirable
- Experience with any of the following considered a differentiator: CRM or service management platforms
