What you'll do in the role:
• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
• Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
• Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm
• Closing and funding of syndicated loans and bilateral loans, reviewing loan documents, managing loan amendments, settlement of trades, and ensuring accurate set up and booking of transactions in the firm's books and records
• Risk management and supervisory of the entire loan lifecycle monitoring of transactions, reviewing deal structures for operational compliance, new product approvals, preparation of reports and metrics as well as periodic updates of policies and procedures

What you'll bring to the role:
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
• Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities
• Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
• Knowledge of loan product and credit documentation
• Experience in financial services operations, risk management and supervising a team performing complex operational processes
• Ability to drive change and improve efficiencies on the team and work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
• At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Salary range for the position: $70,000 - $80,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
