Fleet Enablement Officer - Financial & Capital Planning

We are seeking someone to join our team as a Fleet Enablement Officer - Financial & Capital Planning to work in our Finance Division.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

"Financial & Capital Planning" is the firm's financial planning and reporting implementation program that supports forecasting, budget, management reporting and analytics across BU segments, capital planning, and Corporate FP&A.

What you'll do in the role
  • Bi-weekly Agile Reporting ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, Fleet Sync, Fleet Demo)
  • Prep and coordinate quarterly Incremental Business Review across Finance and IT stakeholders
  • Host weekly Fleet Leadership Sync meetings
  • Host Fleet's Data Governance Forum, working with BU data owners and system owners
  • Fleet level KPI planning and tracking, aggregating squad deliverables and KPIs in PPM Prime
  • Maintain data quality of our Rally and PPM fleet management and reporting tools
  • Coordination and circulation of quarterly achievements across the Fleet and to senior CCAR and management reporting stakeholders
  • Monthly SteerCo Status report prep sessions with Fleet leadership
  • Centralize materials drafting & coordination across Fleet
  • Coordinate activities across Fleet to support data requests from Internal Audit, RRQA, etc.

What you'll bring to the role
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial services or management consulting
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Experienced in working with Stakeholders to align teams with the product vision, Fleet strategic objectives, and other necessary metrics
  • Strong knowledge of an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe) along with Agile principles, practices, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively guide group discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Aptitude to multitask, and work in a fast changing, dynamic environment
