We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Fixed Income Operations within the Commodities Confirmations team member is responsible for providing excellent operational service to clients trading OTC Derivatives from trade input through to confirmation execution.
The Associate level position level position within the Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
• Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team

• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
• Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
• Responsible for achieving positive affirmation for their open trade population, with priority applied based on age and risk weightings
• Chasing institutional clients to return executed client confirmations or match our trades on electronic platforms
• Review all client returned trade confirmations, follow up where necessary with the appropriate internal operational groups, and action all confirmations accordingly
• Serve as a conduit between the client and Sales to ensure that all trade discrepancies and client issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Provide client support and product guidance around industry initiatives
What you'll bring to the role:
• Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
• Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

• Strong interpersonal, organization, leadership, and communication skills
• Superior aptitude to understand, utilize, and improve technology platforms
• Proven ability to work efficient and accurately under pressure in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
• Knowledge of commodities and financial markets preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business
• At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
Role is hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
Salary range for the position: $60,000 - $80,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
