Morgan Stanley is seeking an Expense Manager to support Corporate Services' functional groups. You will be part of Business Services and Innovation supporting Expense Management, responsible to help drive and enable the department's evolving expense management initiatives and objectives.

Corporate Services provides global solutions to Morgan Stanley's workforce across a robust portfolio of services optimizing the workplace. These global services include Real Estate Solutions, Corporate Travel, Corporate Security & Investigations, Corporate Business Solutions, and Business Services and Innovation, together comprising a multi-billion-dollar service portfolio with approximately 8,000 in staff.

What you'll do in the role:
• Collaborate with the Finance division, supporting initiatives across the regions and globally to enhance expense management for Corporate Services, driving appropriate controls and accounting of spend; and ensure divisional compliance with relevant Firm expense policies.
• Prepare ad-hoc and regular analyses and deliver insightful information to key stakeholders and management on financial performance.
• Identify development opportunities and implement enhancements; look for ways of improving the efficiency, process and data quality, test and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify issues and opportunities, presenting sound business recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

What you'll bring to the role:
• Interest in financial institutions, organizational management, and strategy.
• Proactive and responsive in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, project management, and quantitative skills.
• Articulate and persuasive written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to form lasting effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years related experience in financial industry.
• Possess specific experience of managing expenses is a plus
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work at Morgan Stanley offices in Budapest.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Technology project management tools.
