Riverview Omni Fund LP ("Omni") is a market and factor neutral multi-manager hedge fund within Hedge Fund Solutions. The group currently manages $26 billion of hedge fund investments and has approximately 75 employees. Omni is based in New York and West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Philadelphia).
Omni launched in July 2021 and oversees approximately $2.6B AUM as of February 2025. Omni allocates capital to portfolio managers who run fundamental equity relative value and quantitative investment strategies.
As Executive Director you will support a range of equity, futures, credit, and multi-asset hedge fund strategies overseen by the AIP Hedge Fund Solutions team, including the Riverview Omni Fund, with product coverage spanning all asset classes and geographies.
What you'll do in the role
- Serve as key point of contact between the Omni Funds and its prime brokers and trading counterparties.
- Maintain integrated risk and margin modeling and collateral / counterparty management process with respect to both listed and OTC multi-asset products.
- Monitor and optimize the Fund's cash management and overall financing and margin requirements, moving cash and collateral to / from / among cash accounts / PBs / counterparties.
- Proactive planning of cash and collateral movements, improving risk utilization and providing for financing optimization by counterparty or prime broker.
- Assess and manage counterparty risk associated with the funds trading activity and custodians, ensuring compliance with the firm's policies and risk targets.
- Daily communication with all segments of the hedge fund solutions team across business lines: internal trading/risk, sales, compliance, back office, counterparties, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements in all jurisdictions where the fund operates, as well as liaison with regulatory bodies as needed.
- Serve as front office liaison between the fund administrator, operations team, and investment books.
- Support trade / cash break reconciliation and resolution process.
- Assist in oversight of the Fund's performance estimate process and perform analysis on overall fund P&L.
- Optimize counterparty selection for internal and external trading strategies.
- Monitor and report on ongoing compliance requirements in connection with financing arrangements.
- Develop tools and reports for counterparty evaluation and broker wallet.
- Monitor currency exposure and optimize non-USD cash balances across brokers.
What you'll bring to the role
- Proven experience - ideally 10+ years of financing experience including equities, derivatives, and fixed income financing on buy or sell side.
- Multi-asset class financing background preferred, including understanding of equity, futures and fixed income markets.
- Excellent relationship management skills and prior experience managing relationships with counterparties.
- Ability to work both independently and be a strong team contributor, with proactive drive to deliver results and ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding attention to detail and committed to process and related improvements.
- Proven experience with leading and managing a team effectively - ideally with experience providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations for SEC registered investment advisors
- Confident with leading projects through to completion and experience optimizing and automating existing processes.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $200,000 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
