Prospect and develop new high net-worth client relationships with focused prospecting on households with no less than $1mm in investable assets. Maintain and manage the accounts and transactions of those high net-worth investors and jointly develop suitable financial strategies. Conduct sophisticated economic and financial market analyses regarding countries other than the United States and the global markets. Analyze economic trends/activities both globally and in local country markets and advise the effects on the investors' portfolios. Recommend changes to the investors' holdings after evaluating the economic, financial, and market factors and the potential impact on the investors' portfolios. Interpret market data against complex factors including trends of emerging markets, currency exchange control issues, inflationary environments, local country economic variables, etc. Tailor Wealth Planning/Family and Corporate Governance.

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Economics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as an Executive or Vice President Banker, or a closely related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with: performing economic research and financial data analysis to create investment proposals for ultra-high net-worth (UHNW) clients with $10mm in investable assets; creating and delivering presentations to promote investment and lending proposals, loan/credit structures, and investment results; preparing layered client structures including personal investment companies, trusts, and LLCs; market variables including FX volatility, currency exchanges interest rate, local country market tax considerations, and inheritance laws; building financial plans with particular focus in tax and estate planning for Central American clients; qualitative and quantitative economic analysis and research of Central American and US economies including monetary policy, interest rates, and exchange rates; portfolio construction and tax efficient portfolio strategies; risk management. Requires Certifications: FINRA series 63 and 65.
