Partner with the research teams (mainly focus renewable energies, power infrastructures, and environmental spaces) to understand investment debates and translate into market research objectives

Apply research and data analysis techniques to develop hypotheses, analyze study results and uncover findings

Build/maintain/update financial models and complete the company valuation.

Present findings in a clear and concise way and collaborate with team members to weave insights and implications into analyst publications

Mine other primary and secondary market research data and collaborate with counterparts to enhance studies and publications

Stay current with industry and macroeconomic trends impacting markets under coverage

Qualifications

Strong academic background with Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, etc.) is a plus

1-3 years working experience, preferably in equity research, investment analysis, accounting. Previous experience in power, energy, and environmental protect industry will be also considered.

Experience utilizing Excel to build/maintain financial models, an advanced level of excel proficiency is expected and required

Critical thinker with high level of intellectual curiosity

High level of initiative and detail driven

Strong problem solving skills in unstructured and stressful situations

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
