We're seeking someone to join our team as an Employee Experience Specialist to join the Human Capital Management (HCM) Division, with a background in consumer marketing, communications, and campaign development. The role supports our EX team in cultivating an enriching and clearly communicated employee experience by delivering best-in-class talent and wellbeing resources, leveraging innovative technologies, and providing modernized workplaces.

What you'll do in the role:
• Campaign Development and Execution - Design, develop, and launch employee engagement and communications campaigns that support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, wellness, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Content Creation and Management - Craft clear, engaging messaging for employee communications channels, such as intranet, video scripts, memos, and email announcements.
• Measurement and Reporting - Track and analyze campaign metrics (engagement, participation, utilization / usage rates, feedback scores) to assess the efficacy of EX initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with HCMCS, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall employee and brand strategies.

What you'll bring to the role:
• Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in consumer marketing, communications, consulting, or PR, preferably with exposure to campaign development and measurement. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
• Skills: Proven experience in creating, executing, and evaluating marketing or employee-focused campaigns; strong writing, content creation, and copy-editing and storytelling skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing or communications tools (email platforms, content management systems (e.g. AEM a plus), analytics software.)
• Project Management: Outstanding organizational and project management skills; ability to execute with speed, high level of accuracy and efficiency, attention to detail, and follow through.
• Strategy: Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to implement sound judgment.

All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.

Knowledge of French and English is required.
