We're seeking someone to join our team as an Employee Benefits Advisor and play an integral role in how policies in the areas of wellbeing, healthcare, retirement, insurance, and other benefits are set, managed, and promoted across ten locations within APAC.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the Asia HR Benefits team.

What you'll do in the role:
Provide benefits related advice and support to HR business partners and business unit management.
Advance the Firm's health and wellbeing strategy to foster a healthy, inclusive culture and approach to support the positive physical, mental and financial wellbeing of our employees and their families, including but not limited to:
• Promote awareness, understanding and utilization of the benefits programs provided to employees, HR business partners and business unit management.
• Take ownership of collating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. Analyze data to identity trends and provide insights to enhance program effectiveness.
• Project manage benefits program reviews, including annual renewal of insurance policies. Liaise with insurers, plan providers and other vendors. Coordinate monthly and annual processes including payroll deductions/contributions, medical annual enrolment with vendors and internal parties including global benefits teams, HR business partners, and tax etc.
• Work with legal and tax advisors to ensure that benefits programs meet all local regulatory and tax requirements.
• Drive the re-engineering of all benefits administrative processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Work with international benefits colleagues regarding benefit plans to ensure that policies are aligned globally.
• Own, review and update all benefits related information provided to employees.
• Co-ordinate, complete and analyze Morgan Stanley's participation in recurring and ad hoc benefit surveys.
What you'll bring to the role:
• Level - VP (10+ years of experience).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Background and experience in employee benefits, either consulting or in-house in the Financial or Professional Services sector.
• Good knowledge of benefits compliance and market practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, work collaboratively and communicate effectively at all levels.
