Department Profile
> Corporate and Institutional Solutions (CIS) is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management comprised of Corporate & Digital Solutions, Morgan Stanley @ Work, Virtual Client Solutions, Reinvestment, and Strategic Client Management.
> The overall goal and vision of CIS is to create a corporate experience and a consistent corporate employee (participant) experience and to engage them throughout their financial life journey that will ultimately lead to a furthering and deepening of their Morgan Stanley Wealth Management relationships.
> The Strategy & Execution function to deepen client relationships within Morgan Stanley @ Work is focused on developing, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives across the business. We work closely with senior leadership to analyze information, develop recommendations, and design comprehensive plans to capture growth opportunities.
> This team's role within the function is specifically focused on driving growth, measured by net new assets or households, across multiple product lines such as Public and Private Market Stock Plan, Retirement, Executive Financial Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, and E*TRADE retail opportunities.

Role Profile
> This individual will join a team of high performers in identifying and sizing opportunities and help drive a new holistic B2C cross-sell strategy
> In this role, you will support the team's reporting and analytics needs, to facilitate strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and senior executives.
> The role will require a person who is capable of statistical modeling, querying data, and quantitative analysis on complex issues to drive key initiatives forward to help rapidly grow our business.
> The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of critical thinking, performing analysis, and partnering with other stakeholders to solve complex issues.

Qualifications

Experience:
> Bachelor's degree
> 6 to 9 Years in top-tier management consulting, engineering, technology, or financial services firm.
> Experience in financial services preferred, Wealth Management expertise a plus.
