Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks a Director, Human Capital Mgmt & Corp Svcs in New York, NY

Compensation expense planning and forecasting, coordinate monthly bonus accrual, and prepare base salary budgets with accompanying analytics. Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes. Prepare compensation related modelling and analytics to create senior management exhibits and present to management teams. Prepare a wide variety of human capital analytics. Collaborate with various partners, including Finance, Payroll, Executive Compensation, and Business-specific and firmwide Compensation Teams. Handle Market Data Coordination and Vendor Relations.

Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $155,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements:

Requires six (6) years of experience in the position offered or six (6) years as a Director, Manager, Associate, Senior Analyst, Human Resources, or a closely related occupation. Requires six (6) years of experience with: Beqom Total Compensation Management Tool to manage compensation accruals, analytics, and reporting; compensation expense planning and forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets, all with accompanying analytics; Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to conduct compensation analyses; SAP Business Intelligence including SAP Business Object to build reports for adhoc reporting; market intel and competitive benchmarking including working closely with third party market data vendors; financial services industry pay practices and processes including bulge bracket banks; US labor laws related to compensation including FLSA, minimum wage, and Wage Transparency requirements; Workday including pulling job and employee details on an adhoc basis. Requires any amount of experince with: Microsoft Power BI to build out reporting and data visualization.
