We're seeking someone to join our team at a Director (P3) level position within GSS, the Global Market Data (GMD) group which includes Market Data Sourcing, Analysis, Administration, and Inventory Management teams. Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. Support all Business Units across AP, JP, NA, and EU to permission/de-permission or modify the existing user license/account, for over 40 Market Data vendors

In the Corporate & Enterprise Services division, we provide solutions that enable Morgan Stanley's workforce, across our global workplace locations, to effectively and efficiently work in the service of our clients. This is a Director position within Third Party Risk Management, which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties / vendors.

What you'll do in the role:
• Process Market Data Orders to Add, Modify and Remove Products and Services.
• Liaise with various vendors to create, modify, and delete users Market Data subscriptions.
• Coordinate with Workspace Support on software installation for products such as Bloomberg, Refinitv Eikon, Capiq Plugin & FactSet.
• Process market data removals for left firm users daily.
• Provide Market Data Order Tool (MDOT) support to new and existing BU Admins.
• Participate in MDOT testing for enhancement and bug fixes.
• Answer general market data inquiries from users, BU Admins, workspace support and vendors.
• Process bulk set up of Market Data subscriptions for Interns and Full Time Analysts and Associates
• Answer questions from users during Annual Market Data Certification and process all removals submitted by users.
• Help to update Market Data Admin Twiki site with process changes, FAQ, & vendor rep changes.
• Escalate to Market Data Analyst Support Team on out of license coverage.
• Accurately update Market Data FITS Inventory system as required for manually maintained products and services plus Bloomberg name changes.
• Pay attention to ticket comments and reach out to team leader with questions.
• Keep Service Now tickets updated with vendor status and inform BU Admins of status when SLA passes.
