What you'll do in the role:
• The Workplace Experience Design & Planning team is looking for a professional with relevant experience to provide data analytics of the workplace, space and occupancy, workplace project pipeline management and program effectiveness. Act as a key member of the program management team to;
• Manage the workplace data end-to-end to track and report on workplace performance and effectiveness
• Manage the multi-year workplace evolution pipeline, reporting on projects across (4) global regions
• Integrate AI process and machine learning to advance our strategic optimizations
• Work with the workplace leadership team to inform major program strategies and resolve identified opportunities to improve commerciality of the workplace real estate footprint
• Leverage other distributed workplace team members for additional support and subject matter expertise.
• Partner with the global workplace planning lead to report workplace health and changing workforce demand through the workplace organizations projections tool
• Maintain an active relationship with Finance and Human Capital Management to define agreed fiscal reporting and people attendance to global offices for the global workplace program.

What you'll bring to the role:
• Detailed experience in data analytics to provide clear insights to enable the global workplace team advance our mission to enrich employee experience.
• Understanding of real estate and workplace strategy to provide exceptional recommendations to drive the global workplace strategy
• Organizational skills, ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
• A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities and to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Drive a rigorous process of cyclical reporting to share out progress and garner partner feedback as part of a 'OneCS' culture.
• Awareness of linkage between design, real estate planning & financial results, and with ability to tailor strategic direction to address financial challenges.
• Ability to distill complex information to the essential for client decision-making. Interpersonal skills with the ability to present to and communicate with demanding clients within the Business Units, managing expectations through the planning process.
• 8-10 years relevant data management experience
• Bachelor or Master's degree, Computer skills in Microsoft platforms, power point. Basic AutoCAD skills.
• Travel is not required
