The Digital Prospect Experience (DPX) Team defines and drives the digital experience for our prospects with a focus on improving the experience, driving leads for our business, and increasing account openings.

The Digital Marketing AVP, ETRADE, will help manage, socialize, and evolve the etrade.com roadmap and execute the online experiences that drive prospects to open an account. What's more, this person will interact with a diverse set of people solving tough problems, challenging the status quo, and figuring out how to best connect the full prospect experience across other Morgan Stanley Wealth Management online properties.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for developing digital marketing strategies through collaboration with experts across Analytics & Data, UX, Branding, and Product Marketing, then bringing those strategies to life through partnerships with Marketing Operations and Technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help set the vision for etrade.com (public) digital experiences that drive engagement with high traffic areas of the site and increase conversion through online account openings.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics team to inform short-term enhancements and long-term roadmap for new digital experiences.
  • Rigorously track and monitor past and current website performance and user behavior to recommend strategies and campaigns that will drive conversion and engagement.
  • Support test-and-learn efforts by incorporating a robust test & learn curriculum, making decisions with existing KPIs, helping to identify new ones, optimizing based on user insights, and responding to data with product enhancements.
  • Oversee the intake, scoping, and execution workflow of digital marketing and prospect acquisition activities in partnership with cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Socialize the etrade.com public, prospecting roadmap amongst our key internal stakeholders.
  • Drive web personalization strategies into your roadmap to elevate the experience for our audience
  • Build strong relationships with business partners in Marketing, Product and Technology.
  • Assist with the project management responsibilities including project timelines, reporting of key milestones, and prioritizing tasks for project stakeholders
  • Continuously stay on top of the marketing technology industry and our platform capabilities to optimize and extend our marketing effectiveness in digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of experience working on large-scale, high-visibility digital marketing experiences involving technical, legal, and operational g overnance.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (particularly Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics) preferred
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, branding, media, analytics teams, and developers to deliver user-friendly experiences
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, A/B testing and product testing to maximize conversion lift
  • Solid understanding of Financial Services industry and solutions, from self-directed services to full-service financial advice
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with Workfront, Sharepoint, JIRA, JIVE a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, client focus and organizational skills
  • Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies and concepts.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable operating and executing in complex business environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Operations, or related field.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 85000 and 135000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
