The Wealth Management Analytics&Data User Experience Data Collection Team is searching for an Assistant Vice President (Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist), who will partner with Wealth Management Digital Client Experience Platform (DCEP) teams to effectively and accurately implement Adobe Analytics on Wealth Management digital properties. In this role you will manage the day-to-day Adobe Analytics tagging needs and play an instrumental role in implementing effective data collection across E*TRADE.com.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Digital Client Experience Platform (DCEP) teams and analytics partners to define measurement strategy based on product analytics requirements.
  • Act as a clickstream data collection SME for analytics teams, consulting on data collection requirements, defining KPIs and create functional tagging specification documents
  • Execute on the Adobe Analytics implementation backlog, partner with engineering teams to prioritize work, perform UAT and provide signoffs for production deployments.
  • Understand business needs and convert them to data collection technical requirements.
  • Work with analytics/product partners to evangelize for Adobe Analytics (Adobe CJA) adoption.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a digital data capture role, preferably in the clickstream data collection space.
  • Must have experience in implementing web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics (Adobe CJA preferred), Google Analytics, Heap etc.
  • Must have experience in translating analytics requirements into clickstream data collection solutions (i.e., define deliverables for tech partners)
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability/ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience working with a global team.

You might also have:
  • Familiarity with the workings of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Tag Management Systems (like Adobe Launch) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Agile Methodologies, with experience supporting collaborative project workflows

The use of analytics and data will be a key driver in accelerating growth across all client segments, enabling data-driven decision making and delivering the best client experience.

Team Profile:
The User Experience Data Collection Team is part of the Wealth Management Analytics & Data Organization at Morgan Stanley. The team drives strategy and execution of platforms that collect quantitative and qualitative data about user experience across Wealth Management and Firmwide digital properties and activities. The team's responsibility is to support Wealth Managements strategic objectives through the use and exploitation of its data and analytical assets.
