Degree, or equivalent, in a quantitative subject, mathematics, statistics or engineering Strong academic and analytical background Extensive experience in either Equities or Fixed Income Derivatives Markets Strong leadership and team management experience Strong financial product knowledge is required, including an understanding of risk representations (including Greeks) and a solid understanding of risk management concepts such as VaR, stress testing and scenario analysis is required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple high priority deliverables.
