We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate - Data Analytics to analyze existing workflows, perform benchmark gap analysis and assist in the design to transform workflows / automation opportunities to create efficiencies / reduce risk .

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HCM Employee Services which plays a lead role in driving thoughtful process and automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations, and mitigate operational risk across the Talent domain globally. The scope of these solutions includes continuous improvement and/or troubleshooting for processes already in place as well as designing new processes. This function is also responsible for business-as-usual activities and to support Firms Performance and Learning Management system and downstream applications.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Analyze existing workflows, perform benchmark gap analysis and assist in the design to transform workflows / automation opportunities to create efficiencies / reduce risk.
  • Using statistical tools (Tableau / Power BI) to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
  • Develop & update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution.
  • Collaborate with Global SPOCS's to work on interactive Metrics dashboards.
  • Analyzing regional and global trends that impact both the industry & organization
  • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in process analysis and dashboard designing
  • Metrics and Dashboard experience using Advance Excel/ Power BI/ VBA or MS Access
  • Hands on experience with data feeds, data reconciliations and databases
  • Expert debugging abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Expert with adding VBA add-ins for MS applications
  • Exemplary Visual Basics abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization
  • Ability to present data in easy-to-understand dashboards to various cross functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates and present status to management
  • Ability to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones across cross functional teams to ensure projects are on track.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and communicate to management any concerns regarding resources, timeline obstacles and prioritization.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft / Workday HRMS a plus
  • Ability to work on project deliverables with minimal supervision and present status.
