This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Analyst is responsible for assisting in the support of the Institutional and Wealth Management sales teams with quantitative data for recurring and ad hoc due diligence requests with a particular focus on firm and strategy level information. The Investment Proposal team serves as the hub through which information is compiled and disseminated to both internal and external clients. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams so we are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and high initiative that has demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively. The candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

- Responsible for supporting/completing monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc data compilation for:
  • Databases (Morningstar, eVestment, etc.)
  • RFPs/RFIs/DDQs
  • Strategy-level client reporting
  • Marketing materials

- Utilize FactSet and internal data systems to compile comprehensive quantitative reporting including holdings, characteristics, performance attributions, AUM and personnel stats.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for Institutional Sales and Wealth Management departments.
- Act as a contributing member of the team, participating on projects guided by Sr. analysts, supervisor and/or management
- Maintain a sense of curiosity. Foster a positive attitude and look out for continuous/incremental improvements.
- Develop a specialized knowledge of all Parametric products and build relationship with internal subject matter experts.
- Develop a full working knowledge of the firm's structure, key personnel and organizational policies.
- Assume other responsibilities as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year degree or equivalent, preferably in a related discipline such as business, finance, or economics.
- 1-3 years' of related industry/work (inclusive of internships) experience preferred.
- Strong math and quantitative skills.
- Proficient in Excel including using PivotTables and V-Lookups; proficiency in macro writing or Alteryx/Tableau is a plus.
- Intellectually curious.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a heavy, deadline-oriented workload.
- Ability to successfully navigate simultaneous multi-level projects and tasks in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of statistics and equity risk models is a plus.
- Familiarity with FactSet, and other investment analysis tools is a plus.

Salary range for the position: $70,000 - 150,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
