We're seeking someone to join our Metric Design & Architecture team as a Cybersecurity Engineering Specialist in Tech Risk Governance & Controls to be a key member in Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) program and enable near real-time monitoring of Technology Policy Control implementations across the firm, identify control failures and respond to them.
The Metric Design & Architecture team of Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) Program is the Measurement SME and translates Technology Policy controls into clear and specific Metric requirements which identifies the key measurement details to report on Control effectiveness or measure risk.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Cybersecurity Engineering III position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What you'll do in the role:
- Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
- Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
- Establish and document Control metric definition for Technology controls by engaging with various Stakeholders, understanding processes and analyzing data for accurate measure
- Engage with Technology Policy team to ensure Control Measurement/Metric requirements are met through Policy design/update process.
- Partner with various Metric consumers to establish Reporting framework meeting their requirements.
- Partner closely with CCM Data acquisition and tooling team for successful implementation of metrics
What you'll bring to the role:
- 5+ years of experience in information security or/and cybersecurity
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or relevant experience
- Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
- Experienced understanding of business line and discipline implementations
- Ability to define metrics/ Key Control Indicators to show control implementation completeness.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
- Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, to interact at all levels and be effective as part of a broader team/stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
- Proven analytical skills decision-making ability based on quantitative and qualitative data.
