We're seeking someone to join our team as a Cybersecurity Engineer (Metric Design & Architecture) to design measurement of control/risk to enable near real-time monitoring of Technology Policy Control implementations across the firm, identify control failures and respond to them.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Emerging Technology Engineer position at a Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for driving innovation, developing technology roadmaps, and providing vision and strategic direction to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and transformation across the organization.

What you'll do in the role:
- Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
- Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
- Establish and document Control metric definition for Technology controls by engaging with various Stakeholders , understanding processes and analyzing data for accurate measure.
- Partner with various Metric consumers to establish Reporting framework meeting their requirements.
- Partner closely with CCM Data acquisition and tooling team for successful implementation of metrics.
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 5+ years of experience in information security or/and information technology or equivalent
- At least 2+ years hands-on experience with technology or cybersecurity control implementations or equivalent
- Ability to define metrics/ Key Control Indicators to show control implementation completeness
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
- Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients
- Strong interpersonal skills, to interact at all levels and be effective as part of a broader team
- Ability to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
- Proven analytical skills decision-making ability based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Knowledge of various domains of Technology control
- Knowledge of Public cloud technology
- Knowledge of security concepts and tools around Identity &Authentication, Data Security, System security, Network Security and Application security
- Knowledge of security logging, monitoring, and incident response
