Our Credit Modelling team is responsible for development and maintenance of core pricing libraries, covering a wide range of corporate credit products. The team is composed of people having both strong quantitative financial, mathematical and software development skills.
We are looking for a modelling strategist, located in Budapest. The strategist will be part of the modelling team responsible for the development and maintenance of the core pricing analytics library supporting a wide range of Corporate Credit cash and derivative businesses, globally. The strategist is expected to be highly involved in modelling developments driven market changes and regulatory requirements. A great chance for someone who is pursuing a career as a Front Office Credit Quant.

You Will
- Need to understand the firm's quantitative models being used in daily business.
- Participate in the modeling efforts to support the business and meet challenging regulatory requirements.
- Remediate model issues, enhance the model documentation to meet the required standards.
- Provide specification for the scalable integration of the models into the IT infrastructure.
You Have
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- M.Sc., B.Sc. or Ph.D. in economics, computer science, informatics, mathematical finance, mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering or similar quantitative area
- Highly analytical and strong quantitative skills
- Coding experience in Java/C++/Python/Scala in a large object-oriented codebase
- Confident command of English, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Product and modelling knowledge on credit cash and derivatives (both Linear and non-linear) preferred
