We're seeking someone to join our team as a Conversational and Generative AI Content Associate to work as part of the Firmwide AI team. The Conversational Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting content strategy, user engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, and driving the development of new implementations, enhancements to conversational and generative AI solutions to meet our growing business objectives.

What you'll do in the role:
- Drive insights for generative AI content strategy by conducting in-depth analysis on chatbot performance and user questions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of chatbot performance identifying opportunities to support reporting and monitoring requirements, drive product enhancements, and better align chatbot responses with user expectations.
- Identify areas for improvements in authoring practices and provide actionable insights to optimize chatbot answer quality and relevance.
- Act as a liaison between subject matter experts (SMEs) and the technical development team to ensure chatbot behavior aligns with domain specific knowledge and business objectives.
- Manage user feedback program and work closely with the reporting team on requirements.
- Drive user feedback program by tracking key metrics, collecting, and analyzing user feedback.
- Maintain and monitor the feedback mailbox, ensuring all inquiries are appropriately addressed and categorized for reporting.
- Create detailed reports to inform stakeholders of chatbot performance and feedback trends offering insights into how these impact overall product effectiveness.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 2 years' of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- Proficient in data-driven analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Some experience or strong interest in learning about generative AI.
- Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in close collaboration with a diverse global team.
- Team player with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Some experience in finance or wealth management.
- Conversational and/ or Generative AI experience.
- Good understanding of user experience and conversation design concepts.
