- - Act as the primary analyst supporting Structuring and Capital Markets within the MSEV CLO business. Daily, ongoing interaction with the Co-Heads of the business as well as other senior internal constituents.
- - Active role in all elements of structuring and distribution of MSEV CLOs, including liaising with investors, arranging banks, internal and external legal counsel, trustees and internal operations.
- - Build and maintain CLO manager and deal level performance monitoring for MSEV's tranche investing business.
- - Assist team leadership in analyzing future investment opportunities in CLO tranches.
- - Act as a representative for MSEV's CLO business with external counterparties, including attending industry conferences and manager roadshows throughout the year.
- - Perform critical internal and external compliance tasks related to both the issuance and tranche investing businesses, including formal investment write-ups and AUP reporting in collaboration with other members of the MSEV CLO team.

- - 4-5 years of experience at either a sell-side CLO banking or trading desk or an existing CLO manager.
- - Must have prior experience analyzing CLO structures and legal documents.
- - Strong communications skills are critical as well as a desire to grow into a senior level role in the CLO market.
- - Preference toward a candidate with base level experience in CLO tranche investing.
- - Strong analytical skills and a desire to build out internal investment monitoring capabilities.
- - Willingness to work in a more entrepreneurial environment at a manager with strong infrastructure and brand awareness looking to grow its CLO business.
