The Wealth Management Automation & Workflow Solutions (AWS) team is responsible for driving business transformation across Wealth Management and beyond, with a focus on automation, process optimization, innovation, and centralization opportunities. The team leads various strategic initiatives that involve developing workflow solutions to address complex problems while driving business enablement and efficiency.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join this dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for the creation and delivery of business requirements and other project related artifacts while managing day-to-day agile framework activities, platform maintenance and end-user support. Primary focus areas will include analysis, design, and delivery of workflow solutions to enhance existing business processes within account approval/maintenance, enhanced due diligence, and a broader portfolio of business transformation projects to support various operations and central teams across Wealth Management

Primary Responsibilities Include

> Lead Product Owner (PO) - lead and oversee projects that maximize the value delivered by the team, ensuring that requirements and designs align with the client and stakeholders needs.
> Liaise with business teams, UX, Operations, Field and other stakeholders acting as the primary advocate to strategically deliver platform and process solutions.
> Perform business analysis to challenge and deliver enhanced and streamlined process and technology solutions for key business stakeholders.
> Lead conversations across multiple stakeholder groups; freely developing networks, building consensus, and prioritizing deliverables clearly and effectively to manage a multi-faceted roadmap.
> Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning ceremonies to communicate requirements and drive deliverables with squad and program stakeholders.
> Manage efforts to incorporate new technology capabilities onto the Wealth Management Workflow Ecosystem.
> Develop and deliver business and technology requirements (use-cases, user stories, or any other artifacts) for projects that drive operational efficiency and business enablement.
> Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the vision/goals and address critical user and business needs.
> Support and implement end user engagement and adoption initiatives, including training collateral development and management.

Qualifications & Skills:
> At least 3 years of relevant experience in software or product implementation, consulting or careers where a similar skill set is developed and demonstrated.
> Bachelor's Degree required.
> Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
> Strong communication, attention to detail and analytical skills.
> Knowledge or experience with Agile or application development methodology for technology projects.
> Strong knowledge of Software development life cycle (SLDC) and understanding of Product Management software such as JIRA.
> Knowledge in using both PowerPoint & Excel.
> Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and apply problem solving skills.
> Able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
> Ability to simplify and communicate complex subject matter.
> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing expectations and deadlines across various projects.
