The Wealth Management Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant Vice President to join the Bank Marketing team responsible for designing, building and implementing integrated marketing tactics to drive engagement with our award-winning suite of Morgan Stanley Private Bank products on E*TRADE.com. This individual should have demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and utilizing campaign analytics to drive strategic optimizations. In addition, this individual should be proficient in building and delivering strategic presentations to drive plan alignment.
Responsibilities:
• In partnership with the U.S. Banks product teams, Marketing Operations, and Digital Platforms teams, deliver on marketing plans to drive Bank product growth & deepen relationships with existing clients
• Provide leadership in project management & planning to ensure campaigns, material updates and digital enhancements are delivered on time & within scope
• Partner with Analytics & Data teams to identify proper target audiences and report out performance
• Manage partner relationships, fostering a collaborative and agile working environment
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance partners and external partners to facilitate the timely review, negotiation, and approval of materials
• Support team by requesting & managing marketing results reporting to advise product partners, senior management updates, and guide future strategies
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or English a plus
• A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Experience with executing multi-channel campaigns, inclusive of email, digital banners, landing pages, organic & paid media, and print materials
• Understanding of marketing success metrics & ability to translate data into insights
• Ability to collaborate and develop creative solutions in highly matrixed organization
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on project planning & delivery
• Strong attention to detail with experience in "connecting the dots" between multiple connected workstreams
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics dashboard reporting, Tableau, and Salesforce a plus

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
