Work with GCM COOs, Strategists and Controllers globally on developing metrics that provide insights to business leaders about performance and resource allocations. Engineer solutions that enable reporting: setting up data feeds, optimizing data storage and implementing metric calculations. Own Work with Cross Desk Strategists across the Institutional Securities Group to improve our cutting edge reporting frameworks. Work with the Security Architecture team on designing and building a secure and efficient reporting architecture. Ideally 3+ years relevant experience in a programming or quantitative role. Strong programming skills in at least one general purpose programming language (including but not limited to Python, C++, Java, JavaScript). Experience with distributed computing environments.
