Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks an Associate, Workspace Engineering in Alpharetta, Georgia
Design, develop, and maintain Firm-wide user provisioning, service lifecycle management, and workflow systems to ensure Firm's cloud products remain compliant with Firm's policies and legal regulations. Support all phases of the software development lifecycle. Closely work with Firm's Legal and Compliance department to translate legal and compliance requirements into software design and implementation to ensure these requirements are met throughout the lifecycle. Responsible for the assessment, design, and enablement of Firm's cloud tooling strategies. Collaborate with internal security teams to review and evolve critical services to enforce governance around cloud products. Work with Firm-wide development community to improve development release cycles, streamline processes, and deliver strategic solutions for cloud services via automation and DevOps practice. Responsible for hardware procurement, product quality assurance, product adoption, and client prospection.

Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's in Legal Studies, Cyber Security, Legal Technology, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Associate, Technology; Software Application Developer; or related occupation in the technology field.
