The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manages risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. Primary Responsibilities

This role is in FID BURM central team. The candidate will work closely with the wider FID BURM team and is expected to be comfortable to lead tasks independently, including the following:
• Interface with FID BURM teams to independently
• gather business requirements
• Create the automation book of work
• Propose tactical as well as strategic solutions
• Execute them in an efficient and timely manner
• Design, develop and maintain new and existing macros/databases
• Challenge the 'As-Is' process and suggest ways to enhance process quality and productivity across teams
• Track and manage delivery of critical projects having significant business/process risk; with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Support the FID BURM central team and the management in achieving its strategic goals

Skills Required:
• Expert in MS-Excel and proven track record in Excel-VBA skills
• Working knowledge or intermediate skills in python scripting - pandas/scikit-learn
• Working experience in RDBMS (DB2) as well no-SQL databases and distributed caches
• Financial knowledge in Fixed Income & Derivatives is preferred but not mandatory
• Effective time management and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver results within tight timeframes
• Ability to work collaboratively on group projects and independently on individual assignments;
• Willing and eager to learn and work with different teams and divisions of the Firm
• Strong work ethics and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
