We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to join our Wealth Management Operations Team which is embedded within the Firm's Wealth Management Operations Group. In the Wealth Management division, we help people, businesses and institutions build, preserve, and manage wealth so they can pursue their financial goals.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

What you'll do in the role:
- Review paper and electronic applications to determine documents are in good order
- Manually process applications as needed with speed and accuracy
- Handle exception and reconciliation reports, and help execute risk controls
- Quickly respond to related Operations and Customer Service inquiries
- Work with various lines of business to identify fraudulent or high-risk new accounts
- Process all work daily to maintain excellent service levels
- Identify and document process and system enhancements for productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Communicate with internal partners across all lines of business at all levels
- Support implementation of operational efficiency projects such as DocuSign and UiPath RPA
What you'll bring to the role:

PREFERRED
- Minimum of 2 years of financial operations experience or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a track record of excellent customer service
- Strong analytical skills including ability to research, schedule, analyze and present findings
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with robotic processing automation (IE UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere)
