In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
Primary Responsibilities
• Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct model validation for XVA pricing and/or IMM capital models by challenging model assumptions, mathematical formulation, and implementation
• Conduct independent testing to assess model accuracy and robustness under different scenarios and market conditions, including, where appropriate the evaluation of developer documentation and testing
• Assess and quantify model risks due to model limitations and compensating controls
• Develop and apply high-quality validation standards by conducting independent testing to assess model accuracy and robustness under different market conditions
• Collaborate with Global MRM teams, Model developers, Model Control Officers, Valuation Control and Risk Managers to manage model risk across the model lifecycle

What you'll bring to the role:
Experience:
• Masters or Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• In-depth knowledge of mathematical finance, market risk modelling, and numerical techniques
• The ideal candidate has at least two years experience with pricing or risk modelling gained at a financial institution
• Experience in developing pricing or risk models using Python, R, or Excel VBA
• An interest in working in a fast-paced environment, often balancing multiple high priority deliverables

Coverage for Audit Jobs
• Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters.
• Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA Internal Auditors and auditees.
