Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented individual to join our team as an equity content creator. This role is focused on creating high quality, insightful equity content to support our wealth management capital markets team and financial advisors.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for equity markets, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to deliver compelling and actionable content for our stakeholders

Primary Responsibilities
> Content Creation: Leverage Morgan Stanley Equity Research and Institutional Equity Division content to develop timely and insightful equity related content, including market outlooks, sector analysis, thematic views, and individual stock recommendations.
> Collaboration: Work closely with internal onshore teams to ensure alignment with broader content strategy and investment priorities.
> Data Visualization: Utilize charts, graphs, and other visual tools to enhance the understanding of complex data and trends in written content.
> Content Distribution: Support the distribution of content through appropriate channels, ensuring it reaches the intended audience in a clear and timely manner.
> Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials are accurate, well structured, and adhere to compliance and branding standards. Qualifications
> Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance economics business or related field. CFA certification or progress towards these designations is a plus.
> Experience: 3-6 years of experience in equity research, financial content creation, or a similar role. Experience in financial services industry is strongly preferred.
> Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of global equity markets, investment strategies, and macroeconomic factors.
> Communication Skills: exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
> Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet, and with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or DataIQ, is a plus. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for financial content.
> Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, error free content under tight deadlines.
> Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with global stakeholders.
> Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global time with global teams across time zones
