We're seeking someone to join our Access Management - SRE/PM team as an SRE in Access Management to assist in managing production stability, apply reliability core principles such as automations, toil reduction, observability, capacity planning, event management, incident management and alerts management.

What you'll do in the role:
Manage and analyze production incidents to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
> Develop and maintain monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms for production systems. > Implement automation solutions to streamline deployment and configuration management processes.
> Conduct regular review of system performance and scalability to optimize resource utilization.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design resilient architectures and disaster recovery strategies.
> Lead efforts to improve system reliability through code optimization and infrastructure enhancements.
> Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
> Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the development of production standards.
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
> Expertise in automation and configuration management tools.
> Advanced knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning
. > Experience with designing and implementing resilient architectures.
> Leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
> Ability to manage complex incidents and outages effectively.
> Strong decision-making and problem-resolution abilities.

• Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters.
• Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA Internal Auditors and auditees.
