We're seeking someone to join our team as a Corporate Action Associate to support for the trading desks that is raised from our stakeholders. The successful candidate will report directly into the Director managing one of the two teams. They are an all-rounder expert of Corporate Action and provide excellent client service to achieve outstanding results for our business units to relay onto our clients.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is an Associate position within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What you'll do in the role:
- Liaising directly with agents, internal business units such as front-office and operation teams and with our top-tier clients to ensure queries are resolved accurately and in a timely manner for all stakeholders.
- Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational process lifecycle by interacting with internal and external stakeholders including clients
- Partner with a team of product experts to review all operational aspects of the trade flow while gaining strong technical knowledge, risk control and commercial awareness
- Use your inquisitive mind set to identify efficiency opportunities with respect to process flow methodology as well as enhance scalability Skills required
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability and understanding of synthetics swaps middle-office
- Strong Team-working skills: For working with internal stakeholders both locally and globally
- Track record in the development of client relationships and key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong leadership skills essential - this role will require a self-starter who can manage competing deadlines and can prioritize appropriately
- Strong organizational skills, to be able to use time well and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience of Corporate Actions preferable
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
