Job Description
Field Business Management is part of Wealth Management Field Home Office at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Asset Retention Specialist (AVP) primary responsibility is strategy, development and execution of Advisor and Asset Retention Efforts. In addition to working directly with Senior Management on key project management and reporting responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities
- Work closely with Retention Managers to support all facets of the Retention lifecycle, Such as Financial Advisor Retention; Pre-Financial Advisor Departure; and Post Financial Advisor Retention
- Partner directly with Senior Management on departmental reporting and initiatives
- Develop, implement and present key data and metrics to senior management
- Maintain cross departmental relationships to advance Firm wide strategies
- Leveraging data, to execute timely & accurate strategic initiatives
- Daily/monthly/Quarterly reporting and trend analysis on metrics
- Field interface with Regional Analysts and Field Management
- Field/Client Communication creation and execution as needed
- Leveraging data, Identify training needs for field personal
- Point person with various corporate partners to develop and implement projects, specifically Analytics and Data, Technology and Field Business Management and Strategy
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 year of Wealth Management or Industry experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Understanding of web technologies and departmental platforms
- Knowledge of Dataiku a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work in a strong team and high activity environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, manage expectations and complete deliverables in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
