Placement and Duration
Analysts will be pre-placed to a department within Technology, and upon completion of the training programme, they will join a technology team that best matches their skills and interests.
Training Programme
This 8-week global programme includes an orientation to the Firm, intensive technology training and an introduction to proprietary technologies, and culminates with a four-week group project. The programme allows graduates to build a strong network among their peers and build the comprehensive skills required to prepare them for a full-time role and a long-term career.
Application Development Teams
Our development teams build applications that enable our business to perform. Covering the full software development lifecycle, day to day they typically meet with clients to gather and analyse requirements; determine, design and develop the optimal solutions for the problems our clients face; then test, deploy and enhance the applications in production. They work on a wide range of applications from streamlining complex reporting workflows to high-performing, low-latency electronic trading systems.

Qualifications and Skills
You must be studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM based subject.
You should have an understanding of Operating Systems, familiar with foundations in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java or C++) with good problem-solving skills and a strong passion for Technology.
