We're seeking interns to join our Firm Risk Management Team for the Spring program. This is a 6 month internship program designed as an opportunity to learn more about the important role that Firm Risk Management plays within the Firm. This structured program is designed to give interns insight into this division and an opportunity to develop and master the analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills needed to develop an exciting and rewarding career. The training will continue throughout the course of the program with structured learning sessions run by senior executives.
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyse and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

About FRM WM & US Banks
FRM WM & US Banks Risk oversees Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework for Wealth Management and the U.S. banks and partners cross-functionally across Firm Risk Management to measure, monitor and control risks.
U.S. Banks Enterprise Risk team (Second Line of Defense), within Firm Risk Management division is responsible for managing the Banks' Issues Management, Risk Governance Framework, Board reporting, regulatory and business management.
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team supports the enterprise-wide risk management initiatives across several key functions that include governance, reporting, strategic projects/initiatives, and business management.
- Intern Program for six months.
- Support the continuous improvement and enhancement of the U.S. Banks Issues Management, Risk Governance Framework (RGF) and Data governance framework/policies.
- Support in generating monitoring reports across the full lifecycle of Issue Management (i.e., identification, recording, remediation, and closure)
- Compile reports on the US Banks data quality issues and support on business management activities.
- Coordinate and deliver ad-hoc task/analysis as required.
- Intern will receive on-the-job training, a peer buddy, senior leader mentorship, networking opportunities and interaction with the senior management of the division.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Intellectually curious about risk management, compliance, or regulation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and can exercise sound judgement.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, VBA/Python and PowerBI
- Demonstrate flexibility and collaboration when solving problems.
