We're seeking Interns to join our Internal Audit - Technology Audit Team for the Summer Program. This is an 8 - 10 week Internship Program designed as an opportunity to learn more about the important role that Internal Audit plays within the Firm. This structured program is designed to give Interns insight into this division and an opportunity to develop and master the analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills needed to develop an exciting and rewarding career. The training will continue throughout the course of the program with structured learning sessions run by senior executives.

What you'll do in the role:

The role will reside within the Internal Audit - Technology Audit team in Mumbai. The team is responsible for auditing the Firm's applications, enterprise network and infrastructure, and cyber security processes. Technology Auditors focus on the significant technology controls that mitigate key business risks and are responsible for understanding, analyzing, and testing the adequacy of such controls. These controls pertain to, systems development, systems security, access management, platform resiliency, data processing and integrity, production management, and technology governance.

We are seeking an energetic intern who is eager to learn more about Technology Audit by:
  • Supporting the Technology Audit team during planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of the audit.
  • Developing an understanding of the key business processes and the technology that supports them.
  • Assisting in stakeholder discussions on key processes and document walkthrough narratives and/or data flow diagrams.
  • Identifying controls mitigating key technology risks.
  • Executing test procedures to assess the adequacy of the controls and document results in line with internal documentation standards.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Pursuing MBA (ITBM) or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology with a specialization in Information Security Management, Cyber Security, etc. Industry relevant certifications like CISA, CISM, CRISC, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to multi-task between projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with technology risks, especially emerging technologies such as AI/ML and Cloud.
  • Understanding of IT General Controls and ability to identify and correlate technology risk with business processes.
