2025 Human Capital Management Internship Program (Budapest)

During this internship you will have a chance to gain insight into the HR function of a top financial Firm. You will join the Compensation team and can work in a flexible work arrangement, 20-40 hours per week.

You will:
  • Support year end compensation processes
  • Create year end analyses and reports
  • Assist with data auditing activities to ensure that quality information is provided
  • Collaborate with global compensation team, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders
  • Support the rewards project team to further enhance the global compensation management system
  • Aid in creating system documentation and materials facilitating the training session coordination

You have:
  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Confident Excel knowledge
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Team-player attitude
  • The ease of interacting with team members virtually
