Our Finance Team is currently seeking interns to join our 2025 Summer Program. This 10-week paid internship program is designed to give participants hands-on Finance experience while providing them insights into the role Finance plays within the Firm. The program is an opportunity for Interns to enhance their analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills as they explore opportunities and plan their future. The program provides an opportunity for participants to build relationships through their meaningful engagement across a variety of Finance teams as well as through structured learning sessions run by our senior Finance executives.

What you'll do in the role:

The program has been designed to enable highly motivated professionals by providing a stimulating and supportive environment to understand the business and achieve the maximum potential. On joining, the Interns will spend 10 weekswithin Finance Division where they will go through a structured training program that will provide an overview of the various Finance functions, products and system / applications that are used and basic trainings on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. During the internship, there will be senior manager presentations and professional skills workshops to provide a well-rounded experience.

Successful candidates will develop and enhance their knowledge of finance and accounting by exploring the various financial aspects of one or more of the Finance's silo that comprises of Legal Entity Controllers (LEC), Regulatory Reporting, Data Control and Data Governance, Finance Risk and Assurance, Product Control and Financial Planning & Analysis. Interns will be provided structured training and have the opportunity to work within one of these silos, as suitable. The roles require individuals to work closely with colleagues in Finance and other Business Units

Candidates will be given opportunity and guidance to:
  • Understand the products and business.
  • Understand the risk and reporting systems.
  • Understand process, risk and control framework.
  • Understand the daily reconciliation, substantiation, and analysis.
  • Understand the regulatory framework and financial reporting.
  • Understand data quality checks and remediation process.

The projects are presented to senior management, along with getting a first-hand experience of working on a project from inception to delivery.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • University student, graduating in 2026.
  • Good academic background and a keen interest to learn about Financial Services.
  • Open to adapting different environment (from Engineering to Finance) through curiosity to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office preferably Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
