2025 Finance Full-Time Analyst Program (Baltimore)

The Finance Analyst will receive well-rounded Finance experience in the financial services industry and a deep understanding of the Firm's culture and strategy. Initial placements are based on educational background, business knowledge, interview feedback and current business needs.

Training Program:
The Full-time Analyst Program includes a Firm orientation, followed by financial, technical and professional skills training as well as networking events. Finance-specific training is designed to provide a deeper understanding of the Finance organization. Ongoing opportunities to explore various areas within the Finance division throughout the duration of the Analyst program.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Become part of a high-performing team delivering first class reporting and analysis to our Business Units, Senior Management and Regulators.
• Work collaboratively to ensure the integrity of Morgan Stanley's books and records.
• Provide reporting and analysis for Business Units, Senior Management and Regulators.
• Continuously improve or enhance processes for increased control and/or efficiency.
• Serve as a respected partner to key constituents, including regulators, business units, shareholders and the board.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Currently enrolled as a Senior and completing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related major.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Team player who can work in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail, exercise sound judgment and can handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills to help balance multiple responsibilities and projects across competing priorities and deadlines.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to innovate processes utilizing technology.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Driven, highly motivated and results-focused.

"Expected base pay will be 58,000 at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs."
