Divisional Deep Dives will feature fireside chats, case studies, and presentations by senior leaders

Eligibility Requirements
  • Open to all
  • First and second year students graduating between December 2026 and June 2028
    • Must currently be enrolled at a four-year accredited institution or community college planning to transfer to a four-year accredited institution and provide their resume with a current GPA
  • Undergraduate students with limited exposure to the financial services industry are encouraged to apply
  • First generation undergraduate students are encouraged to apply
  • HBCU undergraduate students are encouraged to apply
  • CUNY undergraduate students are encouraged to apply
  • Historically underrepresented populations are encouraged to apply (including, but not limited to individuals who identify as: Woman, Hispanic/LatinX, Black, Veteran, Diverse Abilities, and/or LGBTQ+)

Participation in Early Insights does not guarantee selection for the summer analyst program. Employment decisions at Morgan Stanley are based on merit and do not discriminate against any individual on the basis of their race, gender or other protected status.

Application Deadline and Details
  • Applications close on November 15th at 11:55 PM EST
  • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
  • HireVue OnDemand interview must be submitted by the application deadline for your application to be considered for this program
  • No new applications will be accepted after November 15th at 11:55 PM
  • Applicants who submit applications on November 15th will have 48-hours from the time of application submission to complete their HireVue OnDemand interview
