The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.
- Lead and manage strategic programs aligning with organizational goals and the data & information technology department's objectives
- Perform program analysis, manage task execution and risks, identify bottlenecks, perform necessary corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management
- Facilitate cross-teams project management, ensuring collaboration and seamless project execution.
- Create and control SaaS systems management processes and collaborate with procurement and finance teams on cost planning and optimization
- Build, maintain, and track OKRs in multiple levels - project and overall department activities
- Create and oversee work processes and methodologies
- Oversee regulations processes, ensuring compliance and effective control

Your Experience & Skills
- At least 3+ years of experience in technical project/ program or product management
- Strong familiarity with cross-organizational processes and operations
- High level of technical understanding of SaaS solutions
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver
- B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
- High proficiency in English
