- Lead and scale with a team of exceptionalFrontendengineers building and leading Mondays.com client.
- Design, develop, and maintain development toolset.
- Ensure our architecture supports our short and long term goals.
- Lead the research and adoption of new technologies.
- Be both a technical leader and people manager.
- Take part in defining theFrontend developmentstandards of the company.
- Our Stack -React.JS, mobX, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL, Kafka, Cassandra
Your Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
- Strong technical and coding skills with passion for system architecture.
- Passion for Frontend development technologies and build tools such (eg. Webpack, Rollup, or ESBuild).
- Experience in creating a distributed Micro Frontend architecture.
- (Bonus) Experience in solving large scale performance issues.
