Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience

Momnt is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience, to champion our consumers and shape the future of our consumer journey—from application to post-origination interactions.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including Servicing, Credit, Risk, and Compliance, while also conducting market research to identify best practices for consumer engagement. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our framework, workflows, and configurations, becoming an expert in optimizing the consumer experience. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you’ll work cross-functionally to support both internal and external stakeholders in their interactions with our technology.

Location:

This role can be performed remotely; however, we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, GA, as the team prefers to meet in person once a week. If you are not located in Atlanta, you must reside on the East Coast to ensure alignment with team collaboration and meeting schedules.

As a Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience, you will:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather, document, and refine detailed product requirements for external consumer servicing operations.
  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through production launch, post-production support, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Drive the timely and high-quality delivery of business value using agile methodologies within a continuous delivery model.
  • Develop and execute launch strategies for new features, including training and communication plans in collaboration with key partners.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure all consumer experience initiatives align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Define and communicate the product roadmap and strategic vision to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize systems, processes, and controls for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan and conceptualize comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategies to validate product functionality and performance.
  • Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate roadblocks, issues, and conflicts to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, planning, and capacity modeling skills to align teams, manage priorities, and ensure resource efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as needed, aligning with the overall scope of this role.

You’d be a good fit if:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the financial services or financial technology space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at making highly informed prioritization and tradeoff decisions to organize opportunity backlogs.
  • Familiar and comfortable with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable about database schemas, architecture, and API’s.
