Job Summary:
Come play a key role in the growth of the media sales team within MLB. We are looking for an energetic and hard-working Media Sales Coordinator in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day stewardship and coordination of various digital and linear media campaigns for MLB local broadcasts.
- Provide account support for international, minor league, and podcasting digital media sponsorships.
- Work closely with individual clubs on overall account management and the delivery of campaigns.
- Develop and execute partner campaigns/promotions that include collaboration with agency partners and internal departments across MLB (e.g., Design Services, Content, Marketing, Social, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Ad Operations (digital) and Strategic Planning and Traffic (linear) teams to set up, monitor, and optimize partner advertising campaigns.
- Work with MLB Local Production to execute linear added value across a wide range of media clients.
- Prepare and present delivery reports and recap decks outlining campaign delivery and ROI valuation.
- Prepare billing reports and invoice requests for Finance and follow up on collections.
- Attend events and hospitality engagements in the evenings, such as live baseball games and client outings (i.e., dinners).
- Participate in occasional travel within the region to strengthen client relationships and explore new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital and/or linear media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple accounts with quick turnaround times.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to learn and operate internal systems (e.g., AdBook, Broadway, Google Ad Manager, etc.).
Pay Rate: $63,000 - $66,000
